Which areas in your home need disinfecting?

Some areas in your home need more frequent disinfecting than others.

  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, tables, handles, light switches, and countertops regularly and after you have visitors in your home.

  • Disinfect other areas when they are visibly dirty or as needed. Clean them more frequently if people in your household are more likely to get very sick from COVID-19.

  • Clean surfaces using a product that’s suitable for each surface, following instructions on the product label.

If you want to be sure that you’re killing 99.9% germs dead on large surface areas around your home, for example floors, Domestos Thick Bleach will do the trick every time. Or there are dedicated Domestos products which you can find in our Surface Cleaners range, for areas where you may be preparing food for instance.
